Review and Launch

Before launch, you have a final opportunity to review the completed website and request any necessary adjustments. We do not launch until you provide approval.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:

Early Cancellation

If you cancel the project before significant work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and resources allocated to your project.

Service Issues

If we fail to deliver services as outlined in your service agreement, and we are unable to remedy the situation within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs including hosting, domains, and licenses
  • Work completed and approved by you during the project
  • Consultation and planning services already delivered
  • Additional services purchased separately
